Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice postavení a roli žen V raně novověké společnosti na pozadi konfliktu třicetileté valky. Hlavnim cilem je zjistit, jakým zpusobem ovlivnila stálá přitomnost armád zivoty městských a venkovských žen. Výzkum je založen na kritické analýze pramenů narativní povahy, zejména dobových pamětí a kronik, a zároveň využívá prameny trestněprávní v podobě raně novověkých smolných knih. Práce poukazuje na rozpor mezi dobovým ideálem ženy, jenž se odvijel od jejích specifických roli, a realitou, v niz vojenská přitomnost tyto konstrukty zásadně narušovala. Bylo zjištěno, že ženy nelze vnímat pouze jako obèti válečnė vřavy. Část zen vykazovala vysokou miru adaptability rámci armádniho trénu, zatímco ženy v zázemí čelily destrukci instituce domova. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována také kriminálním deliktům, které se odvijely od uvolněni mravnich norem společnosti pod vlivem vojenské agrese. Skrze prameny trestněprávní a narativní povahy práce zkoumá kriminální delikty a jakou roli nich vojáci sehrávali. Bakalářská práce tak přispívá k hlubšímu poznání dějin každodennosti žen v raném novověku.

Abstract:

This thesis examınes the status and roles of women in early modern society against the backdrop of the Thirty Years" War. The main objective is to determine how the constant presence of armies affected the lives of urban and rural women. The research is based on a critical analysis of narratıve sources, particularly contemporary memoirs and chronicles, and also draws on criminal law sources in the form of early modern court records. The thesis ighlights he contradiction between the contemporary ideal of womanhood-_which was derived from her specific roles- and the reality in which the military presence fundamentally disrupted these constructs. It was found that women cannot be viewed solely as victims of the turmoil of war. Some women demonstrated a high degree of adaptability within the military camp, while women on the home front faced the destruction of the institution of the home. Special attention is also given to criminal offenses that arose from the loosening of society's moral norms under the influence of military aggression. Drawing on sources of a criminal law and narrative nature, the thesis examines these criminal offenses and the role soldiers played in them. This bachelor's thesis thus contributes to a deeper understanding of the everyday history of women in the early modern period.
