Joint diseases therapy with radiation synovectomy
Abstract:
Zbytnění a zánětlivá reakce synovie kloubu, jakožto základní projev některých onemocnění (jako revmatoidní artritida, osteoartróza), mohou být úspěšně léčeny radiační synovektomií. Terapie se provádí prostřednictvím radionuklidů: (90Y) Yttrium, (186Re) Rhenium a (169Er) Erbium. V první části bych chtěla seznámit s anatomií a diagnostikou onemocnění kloubů. Abstract:
Hypertrophy and inflammation of the synovium with various underlying pathologies (such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis) can be treated successfully by radiation synovectomy. Radionuclides of choice are [90Y] Yttrium, [186Re] Rhenium and [169Er] Erbium. In the fist part I?d like to introduce the anatomy of joint and diagnostics of joint diseases.
