Experts Report as One of the Proper Evidence
Abstract:
Tato práce popisuje znalecký posudek jako jeden z důkazních prostředků. Znalecký posudek je výsledkem znalecké činnosti. Znaleckou činností se zabývají jak osoby fyzické, tak osoby právnické. Jejich úkolem je poskytnutí informací, které vyžadují odborné znalosti, orgánům činným v trestním řízení.
Abstract:
This work containes expert report as one of the proper evidence. Expert report is result of expert activity. Both legal and natural persons are allowed to provide expert reports. They are supposed to provide information based on special knowledge to prosecuting authorities.
