Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá skončením pracovního poměru formou výpovědi.V první části charakterizuje pracovní právo a pracovní poměr.Dále jsou rozebrány jednotlivé formy skončení pracovního poměru. Samostatnou kapitolu tvoří institut výpovědi z pracovního poměru ze strany zaměstnavatele i zaměstnance. The bachelor thesis is about termination of employment by notice. The first part characterizes the labor law and employment. There are also analyzed various forms of termination of employment. A separate chapter is dismissed from notice by the employer and the employee. In the last part of the thesis there are positives and negatives and a also and defects in new legislativ.
