Předkládaná práce se zabývá Ekonomickou analýzou práva. V úvodu jsem si vytyčil cíl podat přehled ekonomické analýzy práva, včetně metodologie a aplikačního exkurzu. Přitom bylo třeba respektovat původ ekonomické analýzy, a tuto přizpůsobit potřebám kontinentálního právníka. Nakonec je podána analýza externalit, a to z pohledu českého práva. This thesis addresses the topic of Economic analysis of Law. At the beginning I have set a goal to give an overview of economic analysis of law, including the methodology and application excursion.
