Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na mzdovou problematiku z účetního a daňového pohledu. Cílem této práce je pro společnost YS a.s. na základě analýzy mezd z pohledu účetního a daňového navrhnout vhodné postupy a doporučení vedoucí ke zvýšení povědomí zaměstnanců o mzdové problematice a pozitivně ovlivnit současnou míru fluktuace zaměstnanců.
