Yemen as a failed state
Abstract:
Thesis „Yemen as a failed state“ focuses on the phenomenon of failed states and its application on particular case of Yemen. Thesis is aiming to understand current situation in Yemen in connection with historical background and cultural traditions. Failed state theory serves as a tool of exploration for the case of Yemen on three levels: 1.) international, 2. security, 3.) economical and social.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca "Jemen ako zlyhávajúci štát" sa zaoberá fenoménom štátneho zlyhania a jeho aplikáciou na konkrétny prípad Jemenskej republiky. Práca si dáva za cieľ pochopiť súčasnú situáciu v Jemene s nadväznosťou na predchádzajúce udalosti a s ohľadom na kultúrne tradície.
