Abstract:
Bolo vyvinuté jedinečné prototypové riešenie na rýchle vyhľadávanie podobných proteínov vo veľkom proteínovom datasete. Tento prototyp sa ukázal ako užitočný, ale má významné nedostatky, ako napríklad chýbajúce devops, žiadne aktualizácie datasetu alebo roztrieštenú codebase. Abstract:
A unique prototype solution to quickly search large protein dataset for similar proteins was developed. This prototype has proven itself useful, but has significant shortcomings like lack of devops, no dataset updates or fractured codebase. This thesis aims to improve these aspects and lay groundwork for a production solution, ready to be maintained and extended for years to come.
