Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnuji různým metodám monitoringu velkých šelem, které můžeme rozdělit na přímé a nepřímé. Přímé metody využívají pro sběr dat invazivní techniky, při kterých dochází ke kontaktu, či manipulaci s živočichem. Nejvýznamější přímou metodou užívanou ve výzkumu velkých šelem je telemetrie. Abstract:
In this thesis I study direct and indirect methods for monitoring large carnivores. Direct methods use invasive techniques for collecting data, in which contact, or manipulation with animals is necessary. Telemetry is the most relevant direct method for large carnivores survey.
