Bakalářská práce pojednává o vývoji lidových knihoven od prvního knihovního zákona až do dnešní doby. Zabývá se rolí knihoven při udržování tradic a zvyků, výskytu regionálního fondu. Součástí práce je kvalitativní výzkum zaměřený na národopisnou oblast hanácké Slovácko a knihovny, které v ní působí. The bachelor's thesis refers to the development of public libraries from the first library law to the present day. It describes the role of libraries in maintaining traditions and customs, the occurrence of a regional fund within libraries.
