Abstract:

Diplomové práce se zaměřuje na využití metody manažerského rozhodování při výběru vhodného ekonomického softwaru pro konkrétní podnik. V práci jsou identifikované klíčová kritéria a požadavky, které ovlivňují samotný výběr ekonomického softwaru. Za účelem stanovení optimální varianty je použita metoda analytického hierarchického procesu, která umožňuje hodnotit varianty na základě více kritérií.Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá historií a vývojem účetnictví od jeho počátku až po jeho současnost. Dále je představena samotná metoda AHP. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je věnována ekonomickým informačním systémům. Praktická část obsahuje aplikaci metody AHP pro výběr optimální varianty ekonomického softwaru.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the use of the managerial decision-making method in the selection of appropriate economic software for a particular enterprise. The thesis identifies key criteria and requirements that influence the actual selection of economic software. In order to determine the optimal variant, the analytical hierarchy process method is used, which allows to evaluate variants based on multiple criteria.The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with the history of and development of accounting from its beginning to the present. Furthermore, the AHP method itself is introduced. The last chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to economic information systems. The practical part contains the application of the AHP method for the selection of the optimal variant of economic software.
