In this thesis I am dealing with analysis of sexual offences. I am also dealing with the impact of such offences on the society as a whole. I am also analysing criminal prosecution and differences between the two legal regulations. V tejto práci sa zaoberám rozborom sexuálnych trestných činov. Tiež sa sústreďujem na dopady takýchto trestných činov na spoločnosť ako celok. Analyzujem trestné postihy a rozdiely medzi dvoma právnymi úpravami. Okrem toho sa zaoberám vlastnosťami sexuálneho devianta a jeho/jej osobnosťou a motiváciou k sexuálnemu (deviačnému) správaniu.
