Abstract:

Práce se zabývá vývojem metodiky pro stanovení obsahu neonikotinoidů ve včelím pylu, pylových zrnech a nektaru pomocí metody QuEChERS a kapalinové chromatografie ve spojení s hmotnostní spektrometrií. V teoretické části jsou popsány samotné neonikotinoidy, metoda QuEChERS, metody, které se používají pro stanovení neonikotinoidů v různých matricích a rovněž je stručně popsána technika kapalinové chromatografie s hmotnostní detekcí. V experimentální části jsou uvedeny způsoby optimalizace podmínek chromatografické analýzy pro stanovení neonikotinoidů, optimalizace postupu úpravy vzorků pylu, pylových zrn a nektaru metodou QuEChERS a také jsou prezentovány výsledky analýz reálných vzorků.

Abstract:

The work deals with the development of methodology for the determination of neonicotinoids in bee pollen, pollen grains and nectar using QuEChERS method and liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry. The theoretical part describes neonicotinoids, QuEChERS method, methods which are used for determination of the neonicotinoids in various matrices, and the technique of liquid chromatography with mass spectrometric detection is also briefly described. In the experimental part, ways of optimization of the chromatographic analysis conditions which are used for determination of the neonicotinoids, the optimization of sample preparation procedure for pollen, pollen grains and nectar by QuEChERS method are presented as well as the results of real sample analysis.
