The Role of Justice and the Good by John Rawls and a Critique by Michael Sandel
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá konceptem spravedlnosti Johna Rawlse a způsobem, jakým ji kritizuje Michael Sandel. Nejprve je představena Teorie spravedlnosti J. Rawlse se zaměřením na pojetí spravedlnosti a dobra. Následně je představena kritika M. Sandela vůči těmto konceptům. Na závěr jsou představeny dvě kritiky M. Sandela a je poukázáno na úspěšnost jejich argumentace.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the concept of justice by John Rawls and the way, in which Michael Sandel criticizes it. Firstly, the Theory of Justice by J. Rawls is introduced, with a focus on the conception of justice and goodness. Afterwards, M. Sandel's critique against these conceptions is introduced. In conclusion, two critiques of M.
