Abstract:
Tato práce popisuje vývoj syntetické cesty k přírodnímu produktu ze třídy polyketido–peptidů, bactobolinu A. Tato sloučenina vykazuje silnou inhibiční aktivitu proti Gram-pozitivním a Gram-negativním bakteriím a nedávno bylo popsáno její specifické vazebné místo v podjednotce 50S bakteriálního ribozomu. Abstract:
This thesis details the development of a synthetic route to polyketide–peptide natural product bactobolin A. This molecule shows strong inhibitory activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, and its specific binding site in the 50S subunit of the bacterial ribosome was recently described.
