Cílem práce je vypracovat finanční analýzu cestovních kanceláří a následně popsat, jakým způsobem funguje rozhodující proces o přijetí cestovní kanceláře do portfolia pojišťovny v souvislosti s pojištěním záruky pro případ úpadku cestovní kanceláře. The aim of this thesis is to conceive a financial analysis of selected travel agencies and to research and describe a selection process which insurance companies use to decide about acquiring travel suppliers into their business portfolio when insuring them against a financial default.
