Abstract:

Nízkoproteinové diety ve výkrmu kuřat Cílem disertační práce bylo zjistit vliv snížené hladiny dusíkatých látek ve směsi BR2 z 20 % na 18,9 % a na 17,7 %, za současného využití sedmi syntetických aminokyselin lyzinu, sirných (methionin+cystein), threoninu, tryptofanu, argininu, isoleucinu a valinu při dodržení stejné hladiny stravitelného lyzinu v krmných směsích a to 10,90 g/kg, při dodržení stejného poměru mezi těmito aminokyselinami a při stejném obsahu metabolizovatelné energie 12,9 MJ/kg na parametry užitkovosti a kvalitu jatečně upraveného těla brojlerových kuřat. Pokus byl proveden celkem na 2640 kuřatech hybridu ROSS 308 od 10. dne věku do 28. dne věku. Kuřata byla rozdělena do 3 skupin dle hladiny NL, každá měla osm opakování, v jednom opakování bylo 110 ks. Do 10. dne žrala všechna kuřata stejnou krmnou směs BR1. Od 10. dne věku skupina NL20 přijímala v krmné směsi 20,0 % NL, skupina NL19 přijímala 18,9 % NL a skupina NL18 přijímala 17,7 % NL, přičemž obsah stravitelných limitujících aminokyselin (lysin, methionin+cystein, threonin, tryptofan, arginin, isoleucin a valin) byl ve všech skupinách shodný. Se snižováním hladiny NL bez ohledu na stejný obsah sedmi esenciálních aminokyselin docházelo k průkaznému snižování růstu brojlerových kuřat (P ˂ 0,05) a to ve věku 17., 24. a 28. dnů. Negativní vliv snižující se hladiny NL se projevil na hmotnosti kuřat a následně také na hmotnosti jatečně upraveného těla (P ˂ 0,05) a to jak u kohoutků, tak u slepiček. Negativní vliv snížené hladiny NL na konverzi krmiva byl pozorován u skupiny NL18, mezi skupinami NL19 a NL20 v průběhu celého sledování nebyl v konverzi krmiva průkazný rozdíl. Index efektivnosti výkrmu byl průkazně nejnižší u skupiny krmené v období od 11. do 28. dne věku směsí s hladinou NL 17,7% oproti skupinám krmených směsmi s hladinou NL 18,9 a 20 % (P ˂ 0,05). Přes průkazný negativní vliv snižující se hladiny NL na růst kuřat tato práce podporuje hypotézu redukce dusíkatých látek při uspokojování vybraných esenciálních aminokyselin bez negativního vlivu na další parametry užitkovosti. Na základě výsledků lze doporučit hladinu 19 % NL pro směs BR2 s hladinou stravitelného lyzinu 10,9 g/kg a dodržení poměru vybraných sedmi aminokyselin.

Abstract:

Low protein diets for fattening chickens The aim of the dissertation was to determine the effect of reduced levels of crude protein (CP) in the compound feed grower (BR2) from 20% to 18.6% and 17.7%, with using seven synthetic amino acids lysine, sulfuric amino acids (methionine + cysteine), threonine, tryptophan, arginine, isoleucine and valine the same level of digestible lysine in the compound feed at 10.90 g/kg, maintaining the same ratio between these amino acids and with the same metabolizable energy content of 12.9 MJ/kg for performance parameters and carcass quality of broiler chickens. The experiment was performed on a total of 2640 chickens of the ROSS 308 hybrid from the 10th day of age to the 28th day of age. The chickens were divided into 3 groups according to the CP level, each had eight replicates, in one repetition there were 110 pieces. By day 10, all chickens ate the same feed starter (BR1). From day 10, the NL20 group received 20.0% CP in the compound feed, the NL19 group received 18.9% of CP and the NL18 group received 17.7% of CP, with the content of digestible limiting amino acids (lysine, methionine + cysteine, threonine, tryptophan , arginine, isoleucine and valine) were the same in all groups. With a decrease in the level of CP, regardless of the same content of seven essential amino acids, there was a significant decrease in the growth of broiler chickens (P ˂ 0.05) at the age of 17, 24 and 28 days. The negative effect of decreasing CP levels was reflected in the weight of chickens and subsequently also on the weight of the carcass (P ˂ 0.05) in both faucets and hens. A negative effect of reduced CP levels on feed conversion was observed in the NL18 group, there was no significant difference in feed conversion between the NL19 and NL20 groups throughout the follow-up. The fattening efficiency index was demonstrably the lowest in the group fed from the 11th to 28th day of age of mixtures with CP level of 18% compared to the groups fed with mixtures with CP level of 19 and 20% (P ˂ 0.05). Despite the demonstrable negative effect of decreasing CP levels on the growth of chickens, this work supports the hypothesis of reduction of CP while satisfying selected essential amino acids without a negative effect on other performance parameters. Based on the results can be recommended for a grower (BR2) with a level of 19% CP, with a level of digestible lysine of 10.9 g/kg and with adherence to a ratio of selected seven amino acids.
