Vytvořili jsme program, který počítá odrazivost a elipsometrické úhly pro zadanou soustavu tenkých vrstev v závislosti na vlnové délce světla či úhlu dopadu, nebo z naměřeného průběhu těchto charakteristik určuje indexy lomu a tloušťky vrstev v soustavě. Abstract:
We wrote computer program which calculates reflectance and ellipsometic angles for stratified structures depending on wavelength of light or angle of incidence. Next refractive indexes and thicknesses of layers can be found from the measured ellipsomeric angles by this program.
