Effect of liquid fertilizers with nitrogen and sulfur on the yield of silage corn

Abstract:

Cílem předložené závěrečné práce, zaměřené na studium zákonitosti výživy dusíkem silážní kukuřice, je zjištění vlivu hnojení kapalnými hnojivy DAM a SAM v kombinaci s inhibitory přeměny dusíku ve vybraných termínech na její výnos a kvalitu. Pokus byl realizován formou polního maloparcelkového pokusu v lokalitě Budišov. Dusík byl aplikován v hnojivech SAM a DAM, v dávce 120 kg N.ha-1, v jednotné dávce (základní hnojení) a děleně na úrovni 60 kg N.ha-1 na základní hnojení a 60 kg N.ha-1 ve fázi 8. listu. K uvedeným kombinacím byly vytvořeny jejich ekvivalenty s přídavkem inhibitorů nitrifikace a ureázy. Signifikantní vliv druhu hnojiva a termínu jeho aplikace na výnos silážní kukuřičné nebyl zjištěn. Nejvyšší výnos byl dosažen po dělené aplikaci hnojiva DAM, který byl o 8,6 % vyšší v porovnání s jeho aplikací v termínu základního hnojením. Využití inhibitorů zvýšilo výnos oproti jejich neošetřeným ekvivalentům v rozmezí 2,57 - 4,79 t.ha-1. Aplikace dusíkatých hnojiv signifikantně ovlivnily obsah N - látek v celých rostlinách a palicích, jeho nejvyšší obsah byl zaznamenán na variantě hnojené DAMem v termínu základního hnojení. Sušina a vláknina celkové sklizené hmoty kukuřice nebyly testovanými druhy hnojiv a termínem jejich aplikace průkazně ovlivněny. Účinek testovaných inhibitorů se na žádném z kvalitativních parametrů v trendu neprojevil.

Abstract:

This master thesis is focused on study of nitrogen nutrition patterns for silage corn. The main goal is to determine the impact of combination of liquid fertilizers DAM and SAM with inhibitors of nitrogen conversion applied at selected dates on yield and quality of silage corn. The experiment was implemented in form of small field experiment near Budišov. The nitrogen was applied in SAM and DAM fertilizers at a dose of 120 kg N.ha-1, in a single dose (basic fertilization) and divided to 60 kg N.ha-1 for basic fertilization and 60 kg N.ha-1 for the 8th leaf stage. Equivalents with addition of nitrification and urease inhibitors were created with listed combinations. The significant influence of the type of fertilizer and the term of its application on the yield of silage maize has not been determined. The highest yield was achieved after a split application of DAM fertilizer, which was 8,6 % higher compared to its application at the time of basic fertilization. The usage of inhibitors increased the yield compared to their untreated equivalents in the range of 2,57 - 4,79 t.ha-1. Nitrogen fertilizer application significantly influenced the N content of whole plants and sticks. The highest content of N was observed in the DAM fertilized variant at the time of basic fertilization. The dry matter and pulp of the total harvested corn were not significantly affected by the fertilizer and the term of their application. The effect of the tested inhibitors did not show up on any of the qualitative parameters.
