Předmětem této práce je nalezení míry standardu prevenčního chování v situacích hrozby škody. Jedná se o právní povinnost úzce spojenou s efektivní internalizací externalit a minimalizací vzniklých škod v oblasti obchodněprávní náhrady škody, tedy odvětví s velice extensivní smluvní svobodou. The object of this thesis is to find extent of standard preventive action in situation of imminent damage.
