Bakalářská práce pojednává o sebereflexi učitelky mateřské školy v praxi s cílem ověřit nástroj sebereflexe: sebereflektivní deník. Teoretická část vymezuje pojmy sebereflexe, pedagogické znalosti a dovednosti, profesní kompetence.
