Uber from the View of Unfair Competition Law
Abstract:
Předmětem této diplomové práce je jednání společnosti Uber B.V. v hospodářském styku se zvláštním zaměřením na nekalou soutěž. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována nekalosoutěžnímu jednání společnosti Uber B.V., a to i v souvislosti s probíhajícími soudními spory na území České republiky.
Abstract:
The subject of this thesis are the practices of the company Uber B.V. within economic ties, especially in terms of unfair competition. Particular attention is granted to unfair practices of said company, including current law suits against Uber B.V. in the Czech Republic.
