Molecular diagnostics of babesiae
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na molekulární diagnostiku vybraných druhů babesií v klíšťatech Ixodes ricinus, Dermacentor reticulatus a Haemaphysalis concinna. Klíšťata byla sbírána vlajkováním vegetace v letech 2008, 2010 a 2011 ve třech lokalitách na Břeclavsku, které náleží ke dvěma rozdílným ekosystémům. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on molecular diagnostics of selected species of babesias in hard ticks Ixodes ricinus, Dermacentor reticulatus and Haemaphysalis concinna. Ticks were collected by flagging of vegetation during years 2008, 2010 and 2011 in three areas, which are located near Břeclav city and belong to different ecosystems.
