Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou vstupu na burzu dvou konkrétních společností, které se zabývají online komunikací. Každá společnost vstupovala do primární emise akcií s odlišnou strategií a obě byly spojeny s určitým mediálním rozruchem. Diploma thesis analyzes the IPO of two specific companies that deal with online communications. Each of this companies entered to stock exchange with different strategies and both were associated with certain medial fuss.
