Mapping of ruderal Flora and Vegetation in Plzeň city - Újezd, map sheets: Plzeň 7-4/2 a Plzeň 7-4/4

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá studiem ruderální flóry a vegetace na území Plzně ? Újezda. Konkrétně se jedná o dvě území vytyčená mapovými listy o výměře 1000 x 1250 metrů. Mapové listy jsou Plzeň 7-4/2 a Plzeň 7-4/4. Pro mapované území byl vytvořen druhový soupis (Příloha 2). Pro nalezené invazní druhy byla vytvořena v programu ArcGIS 9.3.1. mapa, která zaznamenává počet a lokalitu výskytu (Příloha 4). Celkem bylo nalezeno 192 taxonů. V mapovém listu Plzeň 7-4/2 bylo nalezeno 191 druhů a pro Plzeň 7-4/4 170 druhů. Nejpočetnejšími druhy území s hodnotami abundance 3-5 jsou Achillea millefolium, Alchemilla sp., Arrhenatherum elatius, Artemisia vulgaris, Ballota nigra, Bellis perennis, Capsella bursa-pastoris, Cirsium arvense, Conyza canadensis, Dactylis glomerata, Elytrigia repens, Festuca rubra, Geum urbanum, Glechoma hederacea, Impatiens parviflora, Lolium perenne, Pinus sylvestris, Plantago lanceolata, Plantago major, Poa annua, Poa pratensis, Potentilla reptans, Ranculus repens, Robinia pseudacacia, Sanguisorba officinalis, Sonchus oleraceus, Taraxacum sect. Ruderalia, Thlaspi arvense, Trifolium pratense, Trifolium repens, Urtica dioica, Veronica persica. Všem nalezeným druhů byly přiřazeny jejich ekologické nároky (Frank a Klotz 1990), životní forma (Kubát a kol. 2002) a původnost druhů (Pyšek a kol. 2002). Celkem bylo nalezeno 13 druhů invazních rostlin, 6 mechorostů a 2 vzácné druhy pro Plzeň. Nejběžnejšími invazními druhy území jsou turanka kanadská (Conyza canadensis), netýkavka malokvětá (Impatiens parviflora), dub červený (Quercus rubra), trnovník akát (Robinia pseudacacia) a zlatobýl kanadský (Solidago canadensis).

Abstract:

This thesis studies the ruderal flora and vegetation the Pilsen - Újezd. Specifically, the mapping outlined two areas leaves an area of 1000 x 1250 meters. Map grids are Plzen 7-4/2 and Plzen 7-4/4. Mapped to the generic list was created (Supplement 2). To find invasive species program was created in ArcGIS 9.3.1. map, which records the number and location of occurrence (Supplement 4). A total of 192 taxons have been discovered. The map list Pilsen 7-4/2 found 191 species and 170 species of 7-4/4 Pilsen. The largest species of the abundance values of 3-5 are Achillea millefolium, Alchemilla sp., Arrhenatherum elatius, Artemisia vulgaris, Ballota nigra, Bellis perennis, Capsella bursa-pastoris, Cirsium arvense, Conyza canadensis, Dactylis glomerata, Elytrigia repens, Festuca rubra, Geum urbanum, Glechoma hederacea, Impatiens parviflora, Lolium perenne, Pinus sylvestris, Plantago lanceolata, Plantago major, Poa annua, Poa pratensis, Potentilla reptans, Ranculus repens, Robinia pseudacacia, Sanguisorba officinalis, Sonchus oleraceus, Taraxacum sect. Ruderalia, Thlaspi arvense, Trifolium pratense, Trifolium repens, Urtica dioica, Veronica persica. All species were found associated with their ecological requirements (Frank & Klotz 1990), life form (Kubát et al. 2002) and the origine of species (Pyšek et al., 2002). Total found 13 species of invasive plants, bryophytes 6 and 2 rare species of Plzen. The most common invasive species areas are canadian fleabane (Conyza canadensis), parviflorum impatiens (Impatiens parviflora), red oak (Quercus rubra), black locust (Robinia pseudacacia) and canada goldenrod (Solidago canadensis).
