Jak SAP zahrnuje inkluzi do své firemní kultury

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tím, jak SAP, jedna z předních světových organizací, začleňuje do své firemní kultury inkluzivní praktiky a strategie, především pro osoby z LGBTQ+ komunity a neurodivergentní jedince. Teoretický rámec zahrnuje definici a historii inkluzivity, autismu a komunity LGBTQ+. Praktický přínos spočívá ve výsledku kombinace dvou výsledných metod – rozhovory a průzkumy, jejichž účastníky jsou pouze zaměstnanci SAP. Výsledkem této bakalářské práce je zjištění, že SAP je nadprůměrným držitelem inkluzivity a diverzity a udržuje si tuto pozici na globální úrovni.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis revolves around how SAP, one of the world's leading organizations, incorporates inclusive practices and strategies, mainly for the LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse individuals, into their corporate culture. The theoretical framework includes the definition and history of inclusivity, autism, and the LGBTQ+ community. The practical contribution lays in the result from combining two research methods; interviews and survey, in which all the participants are SAP employees. The outcome of this Bachelor thesis is the finding that SAP is an above-average inclusivity and diversity holder on a global scale.
