Bakalářské práce si klade za cíl analyzovat způsob reprezentace žen a ženství v díle italské autorky Dacii Maraini. V první části práce je představen život autorky a typické prvky její tvorby. Pro analýzu byly vybrány tři tituly z různých období autorčiny tvorby, jedná se o díla L’età del malessere, Memorie di una ladra a Bagheria.
