Real estate market in the Middle East
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá hospodářským vývojem zemí Blízkého východu a vlivem na trh nemovitostí v roce 2004-2014. Bližší zaměření práce je na segment luxusních hotelů a konkrétní centra rozvoje realitního trhu - převážně zemí Perského zálivu a jejich komparaci s Čínou a Indií.
Abstract:
This Diploma Thesis is focusing on the development of real estate market in the Middle East in 2004-2014. Real estate market is closer analyzed through the development of luxury hospitality market in the main centres - especially GCC countries. Middle-eastern real estate and luxury hospitality market is compared with China and India
