Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zadostiučiněním za nemajetkovou újmu. V práci jsou nejprve obecně představeny pojmy nemajetková újma a zadostiučinění za nemajetkovou újmu a dále jsou podrobně popsány metody, na jejichž základě se stanovuje forma a rozsah přiměřeného zadostiučinění u vybraných typů nemajetkových újem. This diploma thesis deals with satisfaction for immaterial harm. Firstly, the thesis generally introduces immaterial harm and satisfaction for immaterial harm and then describes in detail the methods based on which the form and extent of adequate satisfaction in case of selected types of immaterial harms is determined.
