Developmental dysphasia in terms of linguistic levels

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku vývojové dysfázie z hlediska jazykových rovin. Rozdělena je na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je rozdělena na tři hlavní kapitoly, které se zabývají vymezením vývojové dysfázie, symptomatologií vývojové dysfázie z hlediska jazykových rovin a terapií vývojové dysfázie. První kapitola se dále podrobněji zaměřuje na definici a terminologii, etiologii, diagnostiku a školní úspěšnost žáků s vývojovou dysfázií. Druhá kapitola podrobněji rozebírá jednotlivé jazykové roviny z hlediska symptomatologie této narušené komunikační schopnosti. Třetí kapitola se věnuje rozvoji slovní zásoby, rozvoji řeči se zaměřením na gramatiku a syntax, rozvoji výslovnosti a sluchového vnímání a začlenění jedince do kolektivu včetně úlohy rodiny. Praktická část diplomové práce byla realizována formou kvalitativního výzkumu na vybrané skupině šesti chlapců předškolního věku. Jejím hlavním cílem byla analýza vývojové dysfázie z hlediska jazykových rovin. Vypracovány byly případové studie jednotlivých hochů, pořízeny byly rovněž zvukové záznamy, u nichž byla provedena transkripce. Výsledky výzkumného šetření byly analyzovány a byly vyvozeny návrhy pro praxi.

Abstract:

The thesis is aimed at the issue of developmental dysphasia in terms of linguistic levels. It is divided into one theoretical and one practical part. The theoretical part consists of three main chapters which deal with the definition of developmental dysphasia, the symptomatology of developmental dysphasia in terms of linguistic levels and the therapy of developmental dysphasia. The first chapter is focused in detail on definition and terminology, etiology, diagnosis and academic success of students with developmental dysphasia. The second chapter analyses more closely the different linguistic levels in terms of symptomatology of the impaired communication abilities. The third chapter is dedicated to the development of vocabulary, speech development with a focus on grammar and syntax, the development of pronunciation, the auditory perception and the integration of the individual into the collective, including the role of the family. The practical part was implemented in the form of qualitative research on a selected group of six boys of preschool age. Its main objective was to analyze the developmental dysphasia in terms of language levels. Case studies of individual boys were carried out. Transcriptions were made from the audio recordings. The results of the research were analyzed and proposals were drawn for the practice.
