Konkrétně se práce zaměřuje na status teroristů, resp. osob podezřelých z jeho páchání, přičemž otázka statusu je zkoumána u osob, jež jsou zadržovány ve věznici Guantánamo Bay. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with phenomenon of terrorism. Concretely the thesis focuses on status of terrorists, respectively on status of persons suspected of committing a terrorist acts. The question of this status is examined on persons detained at Guantánamo Bay prison. In a framework of International Law, the thesis is limited on norms of International Humanitarian Law.
