Knowledge spillovers in the industry clusters

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na popsání a vyhodnocení způsobů přelévání znalostí ve vybraných průmyslových klastrech, a to mezi zástupcem České republiky a zahraničním klastrem. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou znalostní ekonomiky a průmyslových klastrů, jakožto i definováním spolupráce na principu Triple Helix, transferu znalostí a specifikováním přelévání znalostí. Tento teoretický podklad byl posléze aplikován v praktické části, ve které byly vybrané klastry nejprve analyzovány z hlediska splnění základních kritérií, které musí klastry splňovat, a posléze byla pozornost zaměřena na jejich činnost, realizaci společných projektů, při které ve větší či menší míře docházelo k přelévání znalostí mezi jednotlivými integrovanými subjekty.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the description and the evaluation of kinds of knowledge spillovers in chosen industry clusters, respectively between the representative of Czech and foreign cluster. The theoretical part deals with characteristics of the knowledge economy and the industry clusters, as well as it deals with the definition of cooperation based on the principle of Triple Helix, knowledge transfer and specifying the knowledge spillovers. The theoretical background was subsequently applied in the practical part, in which the chosen clusters were initially analyzed in terms of meeting the fundamental criteria, and then the attention was given to other activities like the implementation of the joint projects in which the knowledge spillovers between the integrated members occurred to a greater or a lesser extent.
