The Project for Implementation of Selected Tools of Financial Controlling in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem Projekt implementace vybraných nástrojů finančního controllingu v konkrétní firmě, je zaměřená využití nástrojů finančního controllingu pro efektivnější řízení firmy na základě zhodnocení současného stavu pomocí finanční analýzy a situační analýzy, posouzení aktuálního stavu a následné užití vybraných nástrojů finančního controllingu. Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí, z teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je zaměřena na průzkum literárních pramenů zabývající se controllingem a finančním controllingem a jeho nástroji. Tyto informace slouží jako podklad pro zpracování praktické části. Praktická část se dělí na analytickou a projektovou část. Analytická část zahrnuje představení firmy, finanční a situační analýzu a zhodnocení aktuálního stavu. Na základě tohoto zhodnocení je v projektové části navržena implementace nástrojů finančního controllingu vedoucí k efektivnějšímu řízení této firmy. V závěrečné části práce je pro-vedeno zhodnocení, také jsou definovány příležitosti a rizika projektu.

Abstract:

The thesis titled "Project implementation of selected financial controlling instruments in a particular company", is focused on a use of financial instruments for the effective management of the company and based on an evaluation of the current state, using financial analysis and situational analysis, assessment of the current situation and the subsequent use of selected financial controlling instruments. This thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on the exploration of literary/written sources dealing with controlling and financial controlling and its instruments. This information serves as the basis for the practical part. The practical part is divided into analytical and project part. The analytical part includes introduction of the company, financial and situational analysis and evaluation of current status. There is, based on this project evaluation, proposed the implementation of financial instruments leading to more efficient management of the com-pany. In the final part, there is an assessment, as well as definition of the opportunities and also the project risks.
