Abstract:
Cílem práce je provedení a následné vyhodnocení průzkumu spokojenosti zaměstnanců na odděleních využívajících ke své činnosti ionizující záření ve vybrané nemocnici. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena zejména na seznámení se s pojmem pracovní spokojenosti, jejími psychologickými aspekty, faktory, které ji ovlivňují a s jejím vztahem k pojmu motivace. Aim of the thesis is carrying out and subsequent analysis of an employee satisfaction survey in departments using ionizing radiation in selected hospital. Theoretical part of the thesis is focused mainly on acquaintance with the concept of employee satisfaction, its psychological aspects, influential factors and its relation to the concept of motivation.
