The influence of the tool radius on the quality of radius surface finishing
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá dokončovacím frézováním rádiusových ploch se záměrem popisu vztahu mezi poloměrem nástroje a poloměrem rádiusové plochy. Vztah je demonstrován pomocí dosažené kvality dokončeného povrchu, tvarové přesnosti a dalších parametrů. V práci jsou také porovnány vybrané dokončovací strategie a zkoumán vliv konstantní řezné rychlosti na dokončování proces
Abstract:
This diploma thesis is mainly focused on finishing milling of radius surfaces with intent to describe the relationship between the tool radius and the radius of the surface. The relationship is demonstrated by the achieved quality of the finished surface, shape accuracy and other parameters.
