Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou výběru povolání v oborech kosmetička a kadeřnice. Seznamuje s danými obory, identifikuje uchazeče a jejich rádce, faktory ovlivňující jejich rozhodování a středními školami coby zprostředkovateli vzdělání. This thesis deals with career choices in beautician and hairdresser fields . It introduces the subject and its issues such as identification of potencial candidates and factors influencing their future career decision.
