Abstract:

Anotace Absolventská práce je teoretická a zabývá se fenoménem syndromu pomocníka u pomáhajících profesí a doporučení pro praxi z hlediska prevence a léčby. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola je věnována vymezení pojmu pomáhající profese, sociální práci, osobnosti pomáhajícího, problémům pomáhajícího, paradoxům profesionálního pomáhání a také nebezpečí moci v sociální práci. V další kapitole věnuji pozornost samotnému pojmu syndrom pomocníka. Také charakterizuji bezmocné pomocníky, dětství budoucích pomocníků, jednotlivé konfliktní oblasti osobnosti syndromu pomocníka a typy pomáhajících. Dále se podrobněji věnuji syndromu vyhoření, který s ním úzce souvisí. Poslední kapitola je věnována doporučení pro praxi z hlediska prevence a léčby syndromu pomocníka, která zahrnuje pomoc pro pomáhající, supervizi, sociální podpůrné sítě, výcvik v sebereflexi, výcvik ve specifických dovednostech, Focusing, nácvik asertivity, relaxaci a systémy energetizujících tělesných cvičení. Cílem mé absolventské práce je zkonstruovat soupis hlavních a relevantních poznatků o syndromu pomocníka u pomáhajících profesí a doporučení pro praxi z hlediska prevence a léčby.

Abstract:

Annotation The graduate thesis is theoretical and deals with the phenomenon of the helper syndrome in helping professions and with the recommendations for practise in terms of prevention and treatment. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is dedicated to defining the concept of helping professions, social work, the personality of the helper, the problems of the helper, paradoxes of the professional helping and the danger of power in social work. The next chapter is devoted to the concept of the helper syndrome itself. Hereafter, I also characterize incapable helpers, the childhood of the future helpers, individuals conflict areas of personality suffering from the helper syndrome, as well as the individual types of helpers. Afterwards I deal in more detail with burnout syndrome, which is closely related to helper syndrome. The last chapter deals with recommendations for practise in terms of prevention and treatment of the helper syndrome, which includes help for the helpers, supervision, social support networks, self-reflection training, training in specific skills, Focusing, assertiveness training, relaxation and systems of the energizing physical exercises. The aim of my graduation thesis is to construct an inventory of the main and relevant knowledge about the helper syndrome in helping professions and recommendations for practice in terms of prevention and treatment.
