Legal Information System Based on Web 2.0 Principles

Abstract:

Cílem práce je vytvoření modelu právního informačního systému, který bude založen na principech Web 2.0. Práce čtenáře seznámí s obecnou strukturou právního informačního systému a jeho základními funkcemi. Na základě analýzy současného stavu a principů Web 2.0 jsem vytvořil vizi přínosu modelovaného systému. Vize přínosu mi posloužila jako podklad pro vytvoření specifikace požadavků. Na základě požadavků byly vytvořeny diagramy případu užití. Dále je popsán návrh systému, který je doplněn diagramem tříd a jeho implementace, která je realizována pomocí technologie ASP.NET.

Abstract:

Purpose of my thesis is to create model of legal Information system based on Web 2.0 principles. Reader of thesis will be introduced into general structure of legal information system and its basic functions. On basis of analysis of the current state and Web 2.0 principles I have created vision of the system. Vision was useful for me to create requirement specification. On basis of this specification the use case diagrams were created. The following describes the system design, which is supplemented with class diagram and system implementation. Implementation is realized by ASP.NET technology.
