Cílem této práce je rozbor unijní právní úpravy elektronických komunikací. Hlavní část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na jednotný předpisový rámec elektronických komunikací, přičemž v jednotlivých kapitolách jsou rozebírány charakteristické instituty daného odvětví, a to včetně vnitrostátních aspektů. The purpose of this thesis is analysis of EU legislation for electronic communications. The main part focuses on a regulatory framework for electronic communications, while each chapter deals with a characteristic topic of the field, with regard to national aspects.
