Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá podnikáním v oblasti pohostinství a ubytování. Hlavním cílem je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro hotelový a restaurační komplex se zajištěním nových pracovních míst ve městě Sereď. Práce obsahuje teoretické poznání současných poznatků a přístupů k podnikání. Dále se věnuje teorii sestavování podnikatelských plánů a popisuje jednotlivé fáze tvorby podnikatelského plánu tak, aby byl skutečně funkční a přinášel očekávaný pozitivní přínos pro podnikání. Mezi metodami využitými při zpracování této práce jsou dotazování a analýza. Součástí je tak i analýza externího prostředí, ve kterém se bude budoucí podnik nacházet a také průzkum mezi potenciálními zákazníky, který pomáhá identifikovat trh a jeho potřeby. Pro podnikání v oblasti hotelnictví a pohostinství je řízení vztahů se zákazníky a poznání jejich potřeb zcela klíčovou znalostí k efektivnímu fungování společnosti. Výstupem práce je návrh podnikatelského plánu pro otevření nového hotelového a restauračního zařízení ve městě Sereď. Podnikatelský plán vytváří podklad pro zahájení podnikatelské činnosti a poskytuje souhrn základních skutečností, se kterými se bude budoucí majitel zařízení potýkat.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the business of hotels and restaurants. The main objective is to create a business plan for a hotel and restaurant complex and provide new work positions in Sereď. The thesis contains a theoretical background of current knowledge and approaches to business. It also discusses the theory of drawing up business plans and describes each phase of the business plan to make it truly functional and brought the expected positive contribution to business. Querying and analysis belong among the methods which were used during the processing of work. The work contains the analysis of the external environment of which the company will be located in future and a survey among potential customers which helps to identify the market and its needs. Customer relationship management as well as the identification of customer needs present a crucial knowledge for the company effective functioning in the hotel and restaurant business. The output of the work is a designed business plan which provides a guideline to open a new hotel and restaurant in Sereď. The business plan creates a basis for business start-up and represents a summary of the basic facts which the future owner of business needs to consider.
