Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na správní řízení na úseku znalců a tlumočníků. Cílem práce je analýza správních řízení ve věcech znalců a tlumočníků v kontextu změn, k nimž došlo od roku 2011 a 2012. Dílčím cílem je vyhodnocení zavedení přestupků znalců a tlumočníků a jejich uplatňování v praxi.

The thesis focuses on administrative proceedings in the field of state administration of experts and interpreters. The aim of the thesis is to analyze administrative proceeding in matters related to the expert and interpreting activities in the context of the changes that have taken place since 2011 and 2012.
