The occupational therapy by clients after a stroke

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje a řeší problematiku ergoterapie u klientů po cévní mozkové příhodě, konkrétněji v chronické fázi tohoto onemocnění. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, kterými je část teoretická a speciální. Teoretická část je zaměřena na obraz klienta po cévní mozkové příhodě, objasnění definice, vzniku, rozdělení, diagnostiky a následné léčby u tohoto onemocnění. Je zde zahrnuta i rehabilitace a její cíle u klienta postiženého cévní mozkovou příhodou. V praktické, nebo-li speciální časti, této práce jsou zahrnuty základní informace o pacientovi, jeho vstupní a výstupní vyšetření včetně krátkodobého plánu a jeho realizace, dále plánu dlouhodobého a závěru, ve kterém jsou shrnuty informace o vypracování bakalářské práce a průběhu terapie s klientem.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused and addresses the issue of occupational therapy for clients after stroke, more specifically in the chronic phase of this disease. The work is divided into two parts, which is part of the theoretical and special. Theoretical part of the image is focused on the client after stroke, to clarify the definition, creation, distribution, diagnosis and subsequent treatment of this disease. It is also includes rehabilitation and its goals for client affected cerebral apoplexy. In practical (special) part of this work included basic information about the patient, the input and output tests, including short-term plan and its implementation, as well as long-term plan and the conclusion, which summarizes information on the development of work and during therapy with the client.
