Approaches of Municipalities to the Regulation of Business Environment with a Focus on the Hotel Industry and Gastronomy in their Territory

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na regulační faktory ovlivňující podnikatelské prostředí v oboru hotelnictví a gastronomie ze strany města Železná Ruda. Podnikatelské prostředí, ve kterém se podnik nachází, má podstatný dopad na podnikatele a jejich podnikání. Obec reguluje podnikání na základě obecně závazných vyhlášek a nařízení. Podstatným regulačním nástrojem obce je územní plán. Hlavním cílem této práce je zhodnotit, jak přistupuje vedení města Železná Ruda k regulaci podnikání v hotelnictví a gastronomii. Tato práce přináší komplexní pohled na to, jak obce usměrňuje podnikatelské prostředí na základě svých pravomocí podle platné legislativy.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on regulation factors of the town of Železná Ruda influencing entrepreneurial environment in the areas of hospitality and gastronomy. Entrepreneurial environment of a business or enterprise has a significant impact on entrepreneurs and their business. Municipality regulates businesses based on generally binding decrees and ordinance. Essential regulatory tool of a municipality is a local plan which crucially influences also a placement of Železná Ruda in the protected landscape area. Main goal of this thesis is to evaluate how the city council of Železná Ruda regarding the business regulation in hospitality and gastronomy. The thesis brings a complex analysis of how municipalities guide and regulate business environment based on their jurisdiction according to valid legislative.
