Bakalářská práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky v oblasti gymnastického aerobiku, pohybového systému, zdravotní rizika sportovního odvětví a teoretickou část kompenzačních cvičení.
Abstract:
Bachelor work contains theoretical knowledge in the area of gymnastics aerobics, musculoskeletal system, the health risks of the sport and the theoretical part of the compensation exercise.
