Information security and cyber security in the organisation

Anotace:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku informační a kybernetické bezpečnosti. Cílem práce je posoudit stav současné informační a kybernetické bezpečnosti uvnitř vybraných organizací. Teoretická část práce představuje koncepční rámec celé problematiky a věnuje se jejím jednotlivým sekcím jako jsou legislativa, aktuální hrozby, doporučené strategie či lidský faktor v informační bezpečnosti. V empirické části jsou zpracovány kvalitativní rozhovory jejichž cílem je získaní informací a posouzení současného stavu ve společnostech. Získané informace jsou následně použity v analýzách SWOT a v kontrolních seznamech. Výsledkem jsou následné návrhy a doporučení na zjištěné a potvrzené nedostatky.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of information and cyber security. The aim of the thesis is to assess the current state of information and cyber security within selected organizations. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the conceptual framework of the whole issue and focuses on its individual sections such as legislation, current threats, recommended strategies and human factors in information security. In the empirical part, qualitative interviews are conducted with the aim of obtaining information and assessing the current situation in companies. The obtained information is then used in SWOT analyses and checklists. As a result, subsequent suggestions and recommendations are made for the identified and confirmed shortcomings.
