Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou kupního rozhodovacího procesu na trhu mobilních telefonů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část se zabývá kupním rozhodovacím procesem jako takovým. The diploma thesis inquires into analysis of buyer decision process in the mobile phones market. The thesis is divided in two parts.
