Blank Bill of Exchange
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou blankosměnky, jejími základními náležitostmi a praktickým využitím. Také se zaměřuje se na účastníky směnečných vztahů. Cílem práce je popsat podstatné náležitosti vyplnění blankosměnky s možnostmi jejího využití zejména v obchodním styky mezi podnikatelskými subjekty.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the characterization of a blank bill, its basic requisites and practical use. It also focuses on participants of exchange relations. The aim is to describe the essential terms of filling the blank bill with the possibilities of its use in the commercial relations between business entities.
