Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení finanční výkonnosti a stability společnosti Telefónica O2. Práce obsahuje dvě hlavní části. V teoretické části je pojednáno obecně o kapitálových trzích, výkonnosti, likviditě zadluženosti a jejím měření. Dále jsou popsány tradiční metody hodnocení firemní výkonnosti.
