Abstract:
Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy týmové spolupráce, možnosti a dopady v praxi, vymezuje základní pojmy z oblasti psychiatrie a definuje proces propouštění z nemocnice. Empirická část se opírá o poznatky z teoretické části. Cílem empirické části je zjistit, jaké mají zdravotničtí pracovníci znalosti a pohled na týmovou spolupráci v procesu plánovaného propouštění pacientů z psychiatrické nemocnice …more
Abstract:
Theoretical part outlines main topics of team collaboration, linked options and their practical impact, as well as basic psychiatric terms and process of hospital discharge. Empiric part is based on findings from theoretical part. Main objective is to understand the level of knowledge and views linked to planned psychiatric hospital discharge and the team collaboration linked to this process.
