Energetická chudoba se na evropské úrovni stává stále reálnějším problémem, a proto je důležité mu dobře rozumět. Práce si klade za cíl osvětlit, za pomoci rámce energetických kultur, jakým výzvám čelí energeticky chudé domácnosti v ČR.
